On September 29th, 2021 at approximately 12:35 a.m., Monterey Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a vehicle code violation at Fremont and Camino Aguajito. Upon contacting the driver, identified as Rodrigo Marquez 41 years old, of Freedom, officers learned Marquez was not in possession of a valid driver’s license and was on Post Release Community Supervision for a prior conviction of possession of narcotics for sale.
