NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Monterey invites sealed bids for furnishing the following: Purchase and Delivery of Bulk Gasoline, Diesel, and Red Dye Diesel. The proposal shall consist of delivery fees to all City owned facilities and bidder’s margin per gallon of bulk gasoline, diesel and red dye diesel as outlined in the specifications.
