Slides from the Mid-Year Budget Adjustment presentation approved by City Council, March 1, 2022. Highlights include:
- Restoring two part-time to full time coordinator positions, one in Recreation and one in the Sports Center
- Restoring two Police Officer positions
- Increasing revenue projections for the NCIP by $534,000 for a new total of $3.9 million;
as well as adding Reserve Funds in the following areas:
- Economic Uncertainty Reserve - $2.51M
- Pension Reserve - $1M
- Technology Infrastructure Reserve - $1.5M
- Conference Center Reserve - $750K
- Sports Center Facilities Reserve - $750K
- Sea Level Rise Resiliency Reserve - $500K

Here's the final adopted Operating Budget for FY 2021-2022 with department narratives. All budgets are posted in PDF. Please note: The City is on a biennium budget (2 year) cycle, however due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we created a one year budget to help us get through the financial strain caused.
