Scope and Objectives
The City of Monterey's Housing and Property Management office, part of the Planning, Engineering & Environmental Compliance (PEEC) Division of the Plans & Public Works Dept., develops and administers a variety of programs and policies that seek to:
enhance available housing opportunities and fulfill the community service needs of low, moderate,
and workforce-income households, and other special-needs populations including disabled persons, senior citizens, and persons at risk of homelessness. Please refer to the Housing and Community Development Priorities for more information.
