Annual Action Plans summarize the actions, activities, and resources that will be used to address priority community needs and goals identified by the Consolidated Plan.

Activities eligible for CDBG funding for low- and moderate- income families and neighborhoods include:

  • Community services

  • Improvements to public infrastructure and facilities
  • Homelessness
  • Affordable housing

Applicants for funding for the 2020-2021 Action Plan year are required to attend a planned Technical Assistance Workshop to understand funding restrictions and obtain guidance regarding funding application completion and submittal.
