We need your comments, recommendations, and suggestions on affordable housing, and community service needs! Join us for a special virtual workshop on Monday, December 13 at 5:30 p.m. The comments will contribute to the development of the City’s Annual Action Plan for the Housing and Community Development Program Budget for Fiscal Year 2022-23.

These City programs provide opportunities for affordable housing and services to low and moderate-income residents of the City of Monterey. These programs are supported with federal, state, and local funds, such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Comments and recommendations about community needs, services, and programs (current or proposed) may be presented at a public meeting to be held on Monday, December 13 at 5:30 p.m. on ZOOM.
