Our special guest is Dr. Jeffrey Lewis, the founding publisher of ArmsControlWonk.com, a podcast and the first blog on arms control, disarmament and nonproliferation. Dr. Lewis is the Director of the East Asia Nonproliferation Program at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. His presentation will provide an overview of the development of nuclear weapons in the Pacific to include North Korea and China.
