Join us for the second public meeting to provide input on land use planning around the military installations in your community. You are invited to this public meeting to learn about and provide input on the compatibility issues that have been identified for the Study as well as to identify any issues not yet considered. Input from the community is essential to develop a plan that is responsive to and representative of local needs.

The Monterey Regional CUS is a collaborative planning effort among various regional stakeholders to identify, assess, and address compatibility issues between the military installations and the surrounding community to protect the viability of the military’s existing and potential future missions and promote economic community growth that is compatible with and supportive of the installations. The Study will also evaluate ways to enhance communication and coordination among local, regional, state, and federal stakeholders.
