Dark Chocolate and Things Learned from Seven Years of Integrative Health Presentations at the Library

Tuesday, February 20, 6 - 7:30 p.m.

In this presentation Dr. Brian Ellinoy will talk about the health benefits of dark chocolate and summarize our seven years of Integrative Health speakers, what he learned from the experience, and some take-home thoughts on wellness and self-care. Samples of dark chocolates with a variety of cacao content will be offered for tastings.

This program is part of the "Next Chapter" Lecture Series sponsored by the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee and the Friends of the Library. The program will take place in the Library's Community Room. Admission is free but reservations are required. Adults ages 50-up are especially encouraged to attend.
