The Freedom of Improv with Dr. Richard Westbrook, D.C., Improv Instructor

Back by popular demand. On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m., Richard Westbrook, Doctor of Chiropractic, and Improv Instructor, will lead an interactive workshop for adults that use improvisational theater techniques to reintroduce the freedom of play that can release endorphins, lower blood pressure and leave participants with a sense of relaxation. Dress comfortably and bring a sense of adventure!

This event is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life lecture series sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee.
