Tax Reform for Individuals and Trusts with Kris Toscano, CPA, Partner, and Carol Kolb, CPA, MST, Director, Hayashi Wayland
On Wednesday, January 30, 2019, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m., Hayashi Wayland CPAs will discuss the effects of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) from December 2017. Special attention will be given to the many ways the new tax laws affect tax-reporting requirements of individuals and trusts. Guest speakers from Hayashi Wayland CPA are Kris Toscano, CPA, Partner, Carol Kolb, CPA, MST, Director, and Martha Gustavson, CPA, Superviors.
This event is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life lecture series sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee. Kris Toscano is a Certified Public Accountant and a Partner in the Hayashi Wayland Carmel office. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology (Summa Cum Laude), Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Kris specializes in estates and trusts and works with many high-net-worth individuals. Kris loves the Monterey Peninsula and enjoys serving the community. His current volunteer efforts include: Executive Board and Treasurer for the Carmel Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Rotary Club of Carmel-by-the-Sea, and Director for the Holiday Dinner at the Monterey County Fairgrounds.
