The Friends of the Monterey Public Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee present a talk by, Lynn Young, Executive Director, Kernes Adaptive Aquatics, Josephine Kernes Memorial Pool, on Tuesday, June 25, from 3 - 4:30 p.m ., in the Library Community Room. Ms. Young will discuss how gentle, fun exercises in a warm water pool can increase strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio fitness while reducing pain and secondary conditions. In this presentation you will learn how regular exercise in a warm, nurturing environment builds confidence and mobility and recharges the spirit. This lecture is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life lecture series
