FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 

Rochelle Hall, MA-LMFT and Corrine Collins, FNP-C will present a lecture, Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), on Monday, March 16, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m., in the Monterey Public Library Community Room.  MBSR is a scientifically proven method of stress reduction that can rewire the brain to achieve multiple benefits to heal and make the body whole, even when facing stress, illness and pain.  

This event is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life lecture series sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee.  Adults are invited to attend.  Admission is free, and reservations are required.  Call (831) 646-5632 or email thongchu@monterey.org.  The Monterey Public Library is located at 625 Pacific Street, Monterey.
