Menopause and Perimenopause Transitions – Insights from Ayurvedic Medicine with Susan and Jeff Turner

On Monday, July 17, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m., Susan and Jeff Turner will present a program on how to prepare for a smooth transition of perimenopause and menopause and how to evaluate your current health status with insights from Ayurvedic Medicine. You will learn not only what to do to prepare, but also the science behind these bodily changes so you can navigate this transition with choices that are specific to your circumstances.
Susan and Jeff Turner have been in clinical practice for 19 years providing integrated health solutions for chronic disease. Both are graduates of the Ayurvedic Institute. Susan is also a Registered Nurse with extensive Critical Care experience. Jeff has served on the Board of Directors of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. The Turners are authors, lecturers and educators addressing costs, ethics, availability and the quality of healthcare. The Turner’s clinical approach is an integration of insights from Ayurvedic Medicine, modern medicine diagnostics, leading edge research, and providing patients with in-depth education with a focus on looking at the total person and all facets of their life. This approach provides very personalized care to patients’ specific health concerns and avoids negative side effects. The Turners currently practices in Monterey, CA.
