The Friends of the Monterey Public Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee present "Integrative Manual Therapy: What Is It? How Do I Use It?" A Lecture by Kathy Nuss, OT, onMonday, January 14, 6 - 7:30 p.m., in the Library Community Room.
In this presentation you will learn about Integrative Manual Therapy, an approach that looks at the whole body to understand why you have your signs and symptoms? Occupational Therapist Kathy Nuss will explain how Integrative Manual Therapy differs from traditional therapy and introduce Neural Facial Processing, a technique which you can use at home to help with pain and healing.
