Dr. Bill Benda will speak on "Integrative Medicine 2012 - Where Have We Come Over the Last 10 Years?" at the Monterey Public Library, on Monday, December 10, 6 - 7:30 p.m., in the Library Community Room.

Learn how to navigate the maze of marketing and hype of alternative/integrative medicine and choose the path appropriate for your individual needs.
This lecture is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life lecture series which covers health and well-being, planning for the future, following ones spirit and other interesting topics for the second half of life.
