On Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2018, 6 pm, Integrated Pharmacist Brian Ellinoy, PharmD, will discuss the health benefits of dark chocolate and his experience and thoughts on self-care from seven years of Integrative Health presentations at the Library. Samples of dark chocolates will be offered.

This program is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life lecture series sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee.
