Published on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 April Teen Council Meeting Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 3:15 Do you care about Teen Services in the library? Do you want to tell people your ideas and have them listen? Join the Library Teen Council. There's no fee, no hassle. It's just you in a room with a small group of your peers discussing what you like and what you don't. In the previous months, the Teen Council has hosted various holiday themed parties (remember Valentines Day and Halloween?), suggested library purchases (video games, furniture, etc), offered opinions about services (more programs after school), and done community service and fundraising events (for cookies and money). We've had a lot of fun and are always looking for new faces to join the roster! Our next meeting is on April 9, 2015 from 3:15 to 4:00 PM in the Library's Solarium Conference Room. High School and Middle School age students are welcome to attend and join! Hope to see you there!
