RV’s (including vehicles with attached travel trailers) may park in metered parking spaces on city streets. An RV must park within the designated white marking for a metered parking space. If an RV occupies more than one parking space, then the RV must pay for two parking spaces. City Parking Code

We have several City lots that can accommodate RVs and trailers: The Depot Lot (Dust Bowl Brewing Company) and Waterfront Gated Lot (RVs only, no trailers) and the East Waterfront Lot (look for Harbor Office). The entrance is on Del Monte Avenue at Figueroa (in the waterfront/wharf area). There is designated RV/Bus parking in the Waterfront Lot. No trailers are permitted in this lot.

Lot 21 (max 24’) and the Breakwater Lot, are both off of Foam Street near the Coastguard Pier (close to Cannery Row).

Pull through "double" spaces are available in Lot 21, Breakwater and Depot lots at $16 per day and $2 hourly; the East Waterfront Lot is $16 for the day (double spaces) and $2 hourly. For multiple days, a new ticket needs to be purchased from the pay stations every day (or use the ParkMobile app) with a three-day maximum stay. 

These lots operate on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. No one is allowed to sleep in any vehicle within the city limits. INTERACTIVE MAP

There is also a private lot (not owned by the City of Monterey) on Cannery Row across from El Torito that accommodates RVs and trailers.
