Several Affordable and Convenient Parking Options

Parking is free for the first two hours. Guests need to register their vehicle plate to park using the ParkMobile app. The cost is $1.50/hour after 2 hours.

Guests can register their plate a number of ways.
  • 1- use the kiosks in the parking lots(2)
  • 2- scan a QR code
  • 3- text "park" to 77223
  • 4- call 877-727-5718 ($5 fee may apply)

DOWNTOWN EAST GARAGE
  • First hour free and $1.00 per 30 minutes after with a daily max of $12.00. 
  • Sport Center members can purchase discounted validations from the Sport Center front desk for $1.00 valid for 3 hours. 
  • City of Monterey residents and active military are eligible for the City of Monterey Discount Parking program, which provides 2 hours free in the East Garage as well as Waterfront Lot and Cannery Row Garage. To qualify residents are required to provide proof of residency, valid ID and vehicle registration. The permit is $20.00 valid for one year. COMPLETE THE DISCOUNT PARKING PROGRAM FORM
ON-STREET PARKING
  • 2 hour free parking available on Franklin and Adams streets adjacent to the Sports Center.
