El Estero Park Complex is a 45-acre, City-wide, multi-use recreation area in the center of Monterey at Del Monte, Camino Aguajito, Fremont, and Camino El Estero. There are paddleboard concessions at the lake, a group BBQ picnic area, an exercise course, and restrooms.

The El Estero Park Complex includes: Dennis the Menace Playground, Frank E. Sollecito, Jr. Ballpark, El Estero Park Center Dance Studio, El Estero Boating Concession, El Estero Snack Bar, Monterey Dog Park, Monterey Skate Park, El Estero Exercise Course, and El Estero Fishing Piers.
