10/28/2016: New Season Now Open for the Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP) - Submit Your Project!

The Fiscal Year 2017-2018 season for the Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP) is now open. Residents can submit their projects using the NIP Project Nomination Form, available at monterey.org/NIP. Forms are also available in the Engineering Office, 580 Pacific Street, Room 7, or call (831) 646-3887.
