PG&E Gas Meter Inspections Coming to your Neighborhood

PG&E informed us that beginning today, February 19, 2019, PG&E contractors will be performing routine gas meter inspections in Monterey neighborhoods. The inspections will last several weeks and is part of PG&E’s ongoing effort to provide safe and reliable gas service to customers. The contract PG&E workers will be inspecting thousands of residential and commercial gas meters. These inspections will determine if any corrosion has occurred to the meter assemblies or the risers. This inspection is conducted every three years.

The City of Monterey (City) is seeking comprehensive proposals for professional services from qualified firms to perform planning and engineering services to review, evaluate, and process permit applications for the construction and modification of wireless facilities for projects within the City.  This solicitation is not intended to create an exclusive service agreement and multiple contracts may be awarded.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Monterey has prepared a Negative Declaration, pursuant to the requirements of CEQA, for 200 Glenwood Circle. 

The proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study, as well as referenced documents, are available for review at the City of Monterey, Planning Office, Colton Hall, 1st Floor, 570 Pacific Street, Monterey, CA 93940 and on the City website at: www.monterey.org/planning. In accordance with time limits mandated by State law, written comments on this Negative Declaration and Initial Study will be accepted from:

September 21, 2018 to October 22, 2018

A public hearing for this project will be held on: October 23, 2018
