Volunteer Time Recorder

Service Area The Monterey Police Department
Purpose To ensure that the right level of volunteer effort is assigned to each job.
- To know how much time the volunteers give to the Department to ensure proper and fair recognition of each volunteer.
Duties Mantain record of volunteer hours worked.
Requires:
- Collecting individual volunteer time sheets monthly.
- Tabulating individual and division totals.
- Transcribing  reports of hours served.
- Completing monthly statistical reports in computer.
Qualifications - Reliability
- Accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Basic arithmetic skills
- Experience in Excel
Time  Commitment Four(4) to eight(8) hours a month: must be available the first or last week of each month.Six(6) months minimum commitment.
