Purpose |
Assist Volunteer Coordinator with recruitment
and outreach efforts, data entry and special event support. |
|
Duties |
Perform support tasks such as filing, data entry
assist in volunteer recruitment efforts in community such as flyer design and
distribution, special events recruitment - scheduling, phone calls, confirmation letters,
information booths and assist in program administration and organization |
|
Qualifications |
Ability to type, computer familiarity helpful,
excellent interpersonal skills, friendly personality and willingness to be outside for
period of 1-2 hours. |
|
Time Commitment |
Minimum of 4 hours per week for 3
months; ongoing need. |
