Purpose |
Assist in
greeting and providing information to museum visitors and in preparing for
and giving special events. |
|
Duties |
Greet visitors and provide cultural and
historical information. Assist in setting up special events. Participate in museum special
events such as Christmas in the adobes, Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, La Posada. |
|
Qualifications |
Ability and willingness to learn historical
and cultural information about Colton Hall and Monterey. Good interpersonal skills and
enjoyment of working with the public. Willingness to wear historical costume. |

Time Commitment |
Varies according to need and events planned.
Time commitment longer in December due to special events. |
