Purpose |
To discourage sea lions from
climbing up on the docks. |
|
Duties |
Be present on dock and keep watch for sea lion
attempts to climb up. Shoo away sea lions as necessary. |
|
Qualifications |
Willing to spend some time outside, on dock,
patient, willing to follow instructions on safety and humane skills for discouraging sea
lions. Safety conscious behavior and dependability required. Must be at least 16 years of
age and must be able to swim. |
|
Time Commitment |
Shift from 2-4 hours, during
daylight hours, 7 days a week available, short or long term is available. Flexible time
commitment, shifts by arrangement with Harbor office. |
