FACT: Lighthouse Avenue has two, 7 foot parking lanes and four, 10.5 foot travel lances which are all too narrow.

ONE-WAY PROPOSED ALTERNATIVES:
Foam 3-lanes one way toward Pacific Grove (no parking on ocean side of Foam) Lighthouse 3-lanes toward downtown Monterey (wider parking on both sides) Return loop from Lighthouse to Foam by Coast Guard Station
