The Sports Center features two indoor pools, group exercise classes, group swim lessons and private/semi-private instruction for personal training, basketball, volleyball, and swim lessons. Whether you enjoy a dip in the 25-yard lap pool, a running on a treadmill, lifting weights or participating in a group exercise class, the Monterey Sports Center is the best facility for your fitness and recreational needs.

weight room closure/new weight room installation

The Weight Room will be CLOSED from Tuesday, April 23rd through Friday, May 3rd. During this time, old weight room equipment will be extracted, cleaning and painting will be done and new weight room equipment will be installed. The Weight Room will reopen on Saturday, May 4th. Personal Trainers will be available to assist guests with the new equipment from 8:00am to 5:00pm on May 4th and 5th. Free 30-minute Weight Room Orientations will open for online registration to members and guests 16 years of age and older on April 22nd. THANK YOU for your patience while we continue to improve the facility.

Summer Sports Camp - Enroll Now
Ten one-week sessions of Summer Sports Camp begin June 3rd! Over 30 fun activities throughout the week for ages 6-12: Capture the flag, floor hockey, basketball, wiffleball, swimming and much more! Participants will also have the opportunity to use the WIBIT Water Obstacle Course. Pack a lunch, swimsuit, towel and sunscreen to join us for Ten one-week sessions of Summer Sports Camp!
Standard Fee: $231.00 per week | Monterey Resident Fee: $207.90 per week

YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM (AGES 6TH-10TH GRADE)
Join youth fitness coaches Alohilani, Antonio and Angelee for a complimentary youth strength and conditioning class for ages 6th through 10th grades Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 5:45pm March 4th through May 8th. The focus will be on proper technique and form so youth learn to perform exercises safely. Youth will learn how to use a variety of equipment including BOSUs dumbbells, weighted bars, resistance tubing, and benches. Participants may enroll at any time and attend as many classes as desired.
