Military Housing Navy Housing, The City of Monterey and Monterey City Disposal are cooperatively working on expanding refuse and recycling services at La Mesa Navy Housing to mirror the residential recycling and garbage program in Monterey. The goal is to reduce waste and increase recycling. Delivery of containers and collection information will be distributed at a later date. Scheduled program implementation is the 1st quarter of 1999.
