Did you know
that used Motor Oil Never Wears Out?
Used motor oil
gets dirty and must be changed periodically to keep your
vehicles running smoothly. Instead of throwing it away, motor
oil can be recycled by removing dirt and residues. This recycled
oil is called re-refined oil.
|
|
Yeah, But Does
It Work?
Used oil can
be refined over and over with no compromise in the quality of
the lubricant. Re-refined oil certified by the American
Petroleum Institute (API), must meet the same stringent
standards that virgin oils do. These standards ensure that
re-refined oil will provide your vehicle with the same high
level of performance you would expect from your usual motor oil |

Why is it
Important to Recycle Used Motor Oil and
Filters?
Motor Oil poured onto the ground
, into storm drains, buried or tossed into trash cans can
contaminate soil, groundwater, streams and rivers. Recycling
your used motor oil and filters saves resources, reduces
pollution, and keeps our environment clean for future
generations.
