Mike Costello, Parks Division
Mike displayed his reliability and his dependability working in the
Forestry crew. Mike maintained an excellent attendance record and is always
available when his help is needed. Mike's versatility in handling various
types of equipment including the water truck is invaluable for the Parks
Division. |
Rose Dickson,
Construction Management
Rose was recognized for her professional manner in which she carries out
her work. She has also been described as "a joy to work with and
someone who makes the work environment a fun place to be". It should
be noted that this is the second employee of the year award that Rose has
received, this time a key for matching her belt buckle, which she was
awarded in 1999. |

Easton, Streets Division
Steve has been acknowledged for his consistent high quality fabrication of
sign panels and the exceptional craftsmanship he brings to his work.
Products of Steve's creative design can be found all over town. His newest
creations are the official signs for the Presidio Museum. |
Tom Enea, Parks
Division
Tom has been nominated due to his organizational skills and
dependability within the Parks crew, as well as his exemplary
attendance record and his maintenance of the park areas in New
Monterey. Tom has been with the City for more than 16 years and
has used only 2 hours of sick leave per year.
