Please submit the items listed below
to the ARC, when you apply for Sign Review |

1. Two sets of plans containing the following: |

- Location plan in the form of a site plan and elevation plan, to scale, illustrating
proposed sign as it will appear on the project
- Location plan must clearly illustrate the proposed sign(s) and its relation to
surrounding improvements, including other existing signs
- Location plan must show all existing signs

| 2. Two copies of drawing of sign(s), to-scale, indicating: |
| |
- Dimensions of sign and letters
- Complete sign copy
- Style of lettering
- Materials of sign
- Method of lighting
- Method of construction and/or installation
|
3. One set of color sample(s) or colored rendering to illustrate color(s) of sign. Plex
or plastic face signs will require submittal of material sample for accurate color
representation.

| 4. In cases where an existing sign is applied for clear, legible photographs of the
sign can be substituted for drawings. The photographs must show: |
| |
- Sign color
- Location of sign on building and relationship to doors, windows and other architectural
features
- The dimensions of the sign must also be provided
|
| 5. The Sign Review Fee.
