 Singh Homicide Investigation: Accomplice Arrested

On the evening of September 29, 2008, Monterey Police Detectives developed information that VICTOR CABRERA may have had assistance from another person in the commission of this crime.  Late that evening, this person of interested was identified, located and questioned.

On September 30, 2008 at 2:59 AM, Monterey Police Detectives booked FRANCISCO AGATON-HERNANDEZ, a 31-year-old resident of Seaside, into the Monterey City Jail for being an accessory to the murder of Roshni Singh.  He is being held at the Monterey City Jail on $1,000,000 bail.
