Hours of Service
Most services of the department are available on a walk-in basis
Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Additional information can be
obtained by calling the Police Department business line at 646.3830, or check the phone
list in this document for a specific number to call, if applicable.

- Fingerprinting Information
- Fingerprinting (standard ink rolling) is done Monday-Friday from 12:00-2:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm, and Saturday/Sunday from 10am to 9pm, however we recommend you call 646.3830 to verify someone will be available to help you. The cost for standard printing is $12 per card.
- LiveScan services are available Tuesday and Thursday by
appointment at 646.3830. The cost for LiveScan fingerprinting depends on the level of service requested.

- Obtaining Reports If you are the victim of
a crime or involved in an accident, you may obtain a copy of that report. If you are
charged with a crime, a copy can be obtained through the Monterey County District
Attorney's office.
