History Day How-tos Workshop at the Library
Monterey Public Library and the Lyceum of the Monterey Peninsula will present a workshop to help students prepare their National History Day projects, on Saturday, September 29,  from 1:00 - 3:30 p.m., in the Library Community room. The workshop will include information on online, print and primary sources; tips from judges and past winners; and a tour of the California History Room. Students in grades 4 through 12, teachers and parents are invited to attend. Admission is free, but pre-registration is required by calling the Lyceum at 372-6098. The Monterey Public Library is located at 625 Pacific Street, Monterey. For more information call Karen Brown at 646-3934.
