The Library Issues Apology for Incorrect Voice Mail Message
Monterey Public Library has issued an apology for the incorrect holiday closure message recorded on the Library's voice mail system. During the recent holiday closures for Labor Day and Admission Day, callers were answered by an obsolete holiday closure message dating back to July.
Monterey Public Library has issued an apology for the incorrect holiday closure message recorded on the Library's voice mail system. During the recent holiday closures for Labor Day and Admission Day, callers were answered by an obsolete holiday closure message dating back to July.
The Library is now open on its regular schedule, Mondays 1 - 9 p.m.; Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.; Thursdays and Fridays, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, 1 - 5 p.m.
Library staff is working to resolve the voice mail recording
issues and extends its apologies to anyone who was inconvenienced by
the incorrect messages.
