Monterey Public Library supports parents in their efforts to guide their children's emotional and intellectual growth. The Internet is a vast, unregulated network that offers boundless information. However, not everything on the Internet is accurate or appropriate for children. You are encouraged to review the publication Child Safety on the Information Highway, available at the Reference and Youth Desks. As with all Library materials, it is your right and responsibility to monitor or restrict your own child's selections. The Library's Kids' Page displays links to child-appropriate sites.
