The Monterey Public LIbrary will present its annual "I Can Read Party" for first graders and their parents on Saturday, February 11, at 3 p.m. The event celebrates new reading skills with refreshments, party favors, and entertainment by ventriloquist Steve Chaney and "Corny Crow".
