Join members of the Monterey Public Library Endowment Campaign Committee for a wine and hors d'oeuvre reception as they kick off their $5 million endowment campaign on Thursday, March 28, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m., at Casa Estrada Adobe. The reception will be immediately followed by a talk and book signing by Jeff Dwyer, author of Ghost Hunter’s Guide to Monterey and California’s Central Coast.
