The Monterey Public Library invites second and third graders to "Chapter Book Friends" on Friday, February 22, at 4 p.m., in the Library Community Room. Talk about friends from chapter books you love, play games, enjoy snacks, win prizes and learn about some new chapter books. For ages 7-9. Admission is free.
