Essential Oils (EO) have been revered throughout history – from destroying harmful fungi, viruses and bacteria, to balancing hormones; from elevating body frequencies, to clearing negative feelings and blocked emotions; from supporting intuitive powers, to sharpening spiritual awareness – these sacred gifts work on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Learn how to use essential oils in everyday life to improve your overall sense of wellbeing. Free samples will be available.

Terri Oberto is a California State Certified Nutrition Consultant with over 15 years experience in providing nutrition education. She is a Certified Phytotherapist and she specializes in chronic illness, auto immune disorders, diabetes, digestive issues, hormones, allergies and bone health. Terri also has extensive experience with bio-feedback, energy work, kinesiology, diet analysis, blood-work analysis and complementing conventional medicine with whole food/herbal supplementation.

The Literary Circle

The Literary Circle

The Literary Circle will discuss One Summer: America 1927 by Bill Bryson.  The year 1927 was pivotal in U.S. domination of just about everything - military, culture, commerce and technology.  Bryson's wit an exuberance are on full display in this wide-ranging look at the major events of an exciting summer in America.
