Our self-talk and the stories that we tell ourselves create a powerful force in shaping our lives.  They create our realities, our perceptions and our expectations.  Becoming aware of our “stories” is an essential first step in changing our experience of the world, one that we all have the ability to initiate.  Come learn how to use this simple but effective process to empower yourself, to step out of the passive or Victim role, and to create the life you want to be living!

This lecture is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life Program Series that covers health and well-being, planning for the future, following ones spirit and other interesting topics for the second half of life.
