Health Benefits of Crystal Medicine Singing Bowls and the Symphonic Gong

Health Benefits of Crystal Medicine Singing Bowls and the Symphonic Gong

Monday, September 18, 6-7:30 p.m.

ValiAnna Francis and SkyyeSong Fell, R.N., will present a program on how vibrational frequencies of sound affect the human body, mind and spirit. ValiAnna will demonstrate multiple Crystal Medicine Singing Bowls and SkyyeSong Fell will play the Symphonic Gong. These sacred sounds invite us to entrain with their higher vibrational frequencies on a cellular level, enveloping us in a gentle, loving bath of sound. Participants have experienced various degrees of healing, emotional release, mental clarity, inspiration and an opening into higher consciousness from vibrational sounds.

This event is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life lecture series sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee. Adults are invited to attend. Admission is free, and reservations are required. Sign up at the Help Desk, or call (831) 646-5632 or email thongchu@monterey.org.
