Know Yourself, Change Your Life: Self-Awareness as the Foundation for Personal Growth, presented by Ginte Jasulaitis, M.D., C.P.C

Monday, August 21, 6-7:30 p.m.

This presentation is for all those who would like to understand themselves better in order to lead richer, more satisfying lives. Dr. Ginte Jasulaitis, neurologist and certified professional coach, will explore the concept of self-awareness, including historical perspectives, modern day challenges, and relationship to personal development. Participants will learn the traits of a self-aware person and practices to help them tap into their true inner selves.

Throughout her career, Dr. Jasulaitis has firmly believed in a holistic approach to wellness. In her coaching practice, she guides her midlife and beyond clients through an examination of mind/body/heart/soul. With Dr. Jasulaitis’ help, clients gain a deeper insight into themselves, what they really want moving forward in life, and the steps needed to achieve those goals.


This event is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life lecture series sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee. Ginte Jasulaitis, M.D., C.P.C Biography:

Dr. Ginte Jasulaitis completed her neurology training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California. She began her professional career at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center as the Chief of the Adult Brain Injury Service and Assistant Chair, Department of Neurorehabilitation. Under her leadership, the Brain Injury Service earned the prestigious “Center of Excellence” designation by the CARF accreditation organization. Dr. Jasulaitis also served as an Associate Professor of Neurology on the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine faculty and taught many physicians in training. She has held numerous administrative positions, including Medical Director of Case Management and Utilization Review, Medical Director of Clinical Resource Management, and Associate Medical Officer. Dr. Jasulaitis was twice selected as “Doctor of the Month” and “Doctor of the Year.”

After moving to Carmel in 2014, Dr. Jasulaitis completed her professional coaching and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC.)
