Charitable Giving Lecture with Marshall Baker at the Library on October 4.

The Friends of the Monterey Public Library and the Monterey Public Library Endowment Committee present "Charitable Giving" a lecture with Marshall Baker, on  Thursday, October 4, from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. in the Library Community Room.  Learn about the charitable giving landscape, donor-advised funds and new and efficient ways to support charitable causes. 

Marshall Baker is a Regional Vice President with Fidelity Charitable, an independent public charity established in 1991 with the mission to further the American tradition of philanthropy by providing programs that make charitable giving simple and effective.  Marshall is a Certified Financial Planner with a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy designation.

This lecture is part of The Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life series that covers health and well-being, planning for the future and other topics of interest for the second half of life.
