Back by popular demand, Cardiologist Dr. Stephen Brabeck and Brian Ellinoy, PharmD will discuss how olive oil and dark chocolate are essential to preventing heart disease and other chronic illnesses.  The discussion will review the latest literature on dark chocolate including recommendations on type, dosage and additives.  Samples will be available for tasting.  

This presentation is part of the Next Chapter: Designing Your Ideal Life Lecture Series sponsored by the Friends of the Monterey Public Library and the Library Endowment Committee.
