Join Rick and Sandie Srigley, owners of Wild Coast Foods, to learn about gluten allergy and to taste gourmet gluten free and soy free baked goods tasting on Monday, September 23, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m., in the Monterey Public Library Community Room. Rick Srigley, President and CEO of Aragen Bioscience, will explain What gluten is and discuss symptoms of gluten allergy. Sandie Srigley will talk about developing gluten free recipes to meet her needs, how she launched her business Wild Coast Foods, and share her fun idea about eating cake for breakfast. The audience will sample delicious Wild Coast Food products. Following the talk, Sandie will have a gluten-free bake sale with proceeds benefiting the Friends of the Library.
