Thursday, June 16, 5 - 8 p.m. Nostalgia at Corral Benefiting California's First Public Library

Join Honorary Event Chair Peter J. Coniglio for a Fundraiser for the Community Foundation for Monterey County's Monterey Public Library Fund on Thursday, June 16, 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.  Drinks, bites and a rare peek at our community's history.  View rarely seen vintage photos of our area and other treasures from Monterey Public Library's California History Room and Archives.  Bid on silent auctions featuring golf, jewelry, wines, gourmet dining and more.  Enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres, wine tasting and nostalgic tunes on the jukebox. At 6 p.m. there will be special presentations by Maureen Signorella, Casa Privato Executive Chef and Owner, who will discuss the history of Monterey Jack Cheese, and Dennis Copeland, Historian, Monterey Museums, Cultural Arts and Archives Manager, who will discuss the preservation of our community memories.
