Affordable Housing Planning Process
The Consolidated Plan for
Fiscal Years 2005-2010 and Housing and Community Development (HCD)
Program Budget for Fiscal Year 2005-06 provide
affordable housing services to residents of Monterey.
The programs are funded with federal, state and local housing monies.
An example of existing programs would be: Housing Rehabilitation Loan
Programs, First-Time Buyer Programs, and construction of new affordable
ownership or rental housing units (as described off our
links below).
Copies of the Consolidated Plan and the HCD Program
Action Plan are posted below for public comment and review.
